The location is favourable, just next door to the beaches, the Marbella Resort and Vina del Mar and Valparaiso. The hotel has newly remodelled and clean rooms complete with a view of the trees, water pressure close to zero and the bathroom;))

The location is super in a charming area, not far from the garden area and Vina del Mar and the restaurant. The place to order lunch a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel is Restaurant Perla Mar.

We had a great time at this hotel. Best aspects were clean and comfortable beds, friendly staff, good buffet breakfast, and spacious rooms with lovely balconies. The hotel also offers many great facilities such as a big pool and good massage services. Additionally, the hotel is located in a great spot close to the ocean and many restaurants.

We also loved the attention to detail, from the clean and comfortable rooms to the wide variety of items offered at the delicious breakfast buffet.

Had a great Easter weekend at a beautiful resort close to the ocean. Loved the fact that there were plenty of activities to do during the day, such as biking and golfing. The place was perfectly located with easy access to some awesome restaurants nearby. One of the best things was the comfortable bed in the spacious room, offering stunning views of the surroundings.

Although the resort was visually stunning, the internet was almost non-existent in the rooms and unsteady in the bar area, making it difficult to stay connected. there weren’t many activities to do during winter, which made us a little bored at times.

Great location near stores, beautiful natural surroundings. Spacious and comfortable room with balcony. Big pool and awesome massage services. Friendly and helpful staff.

Spent my Xmas holiday in a resort in the Valparaiso region of Chile. I was delighted to find that the resort offered two complementary activities each day, such as wine and cheese tastings, and movie nights. the location of the resort was also perfect - it was right on the beach and had stunning views of the ocean. there was a lovely pool with cozy cabanas to relax in.

The resort was not well maintained and did not meet the standard I was expecting. the rooms were outdated and there were several issues with the hot water and air conditioning.
